Civil and Structural design for a 208,000 sq. ft business park as part of the mixed-use redevelopment of a former vehicle testing facility in Preston, Lancs.

The scheme is part of the overhaul of the wider 120-acre site and will occupy a 14-acre plot to the north of the masterplan. 

As well as the business park, which feature a mix of offices and industrial units ranging from 750 sq. ft to 40,000 sq. ft. The Business Park will also provide a petrol station and a drive-through restaurant.

Kennedy Redford has worked on an extensive external works and civil engineering strategy to negate requirements for excessive removal of material, providing significant cost and environmental benefits for the project.
