The JD Sports Campus Hub Building is a £30 million construction project aimed at creating a state-of-the-art facility that will serve as a hub for physical fitness, collaboration, and commercial activities.

The development will provide circa 75,000 Sq. ft of floor space over 4 floors with external works facilitating car parking, all weather sports pitches and a dedicated running track. The building will be constructed of composite steel and concrete frame materials. Internally a key design feature is the lightweight steel frame space frame truss arrangement to create the spectacular atrium space.

The building will provide Gymnasia, Amenity, cafeteria alongside collaboration and commercial office space.
